February 2024: Quick tips for this month: Furnace Filters and Bathroom Updates:

1.) Furnace Filter: How is that furnace working? Take a minute to replace the filter. February is a tough month on the furnace as it runs overtime this time of year. Cut down on house hold dust and airborne allergens and replace the filter – take note of your manufacturers recommendations. (Personally, I like to buy the multi-pack and set a repeat reminder in my calendar.) TIP: Be sure to snap a picture with your cell phone or write down the dimensions BEFORE you head off to purchase the filters 🙂

2.) Bathroom Update: A simple bathroom update can include: new shower curtain and towels (classic white will really help the bathroom be “spa” like.) Also for immediate impact with minimal downtime consider a new counter top, sink and faucet with new cabinet hardware – these go a long way in refreshing a bathroom.
