Our 2nd Quarter and End of June numbers show nice overall appreciation for West Michigan. The reports showcase the following:
- Average sales price is up 8.37% for the monthly comparison of ’23 to ’24 and 10.28% for the quarter.
- We have seen a slight increase in listings
- Average days on market is about the same as last year (right now 12 days on average.)
Going forward July can sometimes be a month when a lot of West Michigan is on vacation so we will see how the numbers shake out for July and first part of August. From there we can potentially formulate some trends on how the rest of the year will shape up.
