Interest rates are down roughly 1% from where they were last year which is absolutely helping those looking to obtain a mortgage. Total cash sales remain about 30%. Several price points remain close to even with last year when noting the price per sqft and homes over $1M have outpaced last year significantly. Average number of new listing is up 34.08%
