The 1st Quarter 2024 numbers are in. Showing increase in average selling price for single family houses is up 13.15% over that of Q1 2023. That is a STRONG performance. Bolstered by low inventory, but all possibly assisted by a milder winter that kept people “thinking spring” every other week since January. We had the best May weather repeatedly off and on all winter 🙂
