Despite cold temps the market continues to move. The market is moving faster in the lower price ranges, but ALL of the market continues to have activity.  Even though the normal seasonal slow down is present, the market is still moving fast. 

For much of the West Michigan Real Estate Market we are at inventory levels that place us in a sellers market.  Meaning there are more buyers than sellers….

 

Each category varies based on where your home is located but consider the higher the inventory (more homes on the market) the more the market will impact the sale of the property.
